The University of Setif 1 – Farhat Abbas announces that applications are now open for a PhD scholarship in Azerbaijan.
Eligibility criteria
- Applicants must be enrolled in the second year of a Master’s degree or the fifth year of an Engineering degree (2025–2026)
- An overall grade of at least 14/20
- An acceptable level of English (IELTS 5.5 or TOEFL 50 minimum)
Application Pack
The application pack must include:
- Application form
- Curriculum vitae
- Transcripts and enrolment certificates
- Copy of passport
- Recent medical certificate
- Proof of English language proficiency
⚠️ Successful candidates must submit an official translation of the documents into English.
Important notes
- Applications must be submitted via faculties or institutes only
- Only one candidate will be selected per faculty/institute
- Applications sent directly by students will not be accepted
