- Managing and monitoring enrolment for undergraduate students,
- Monitoring the progress of teaching activities and taking or proposing to the Director of the Institute any measures aimed at improving them,
- Maintaining the student statistics database,
- Collecting, processing and disseminating educational information for the benefit of students.
He is assisted by:
- The Head of the Student Affairs Department,
- The Head of the Teaching and Assessment Department,
- The Head of the Statistics, Information and Guidance Department.
