The Deputy Director responsible for postgraduate studies, scientific research and external relations is tasked with:
- Monitoring the conduct of postgraduate entrance examinations,
- Taking or proposing the necessary measures to ensure the smooth running of postgraduate programmes and overseeing the conduct of postgraduate dissertation and thesis defences,
monitoring the progress of research activities, - Initiating partnership initiatives with socio-economic sectors,
- Initiating measures to revitalise and strengthen national and international inter-university cooperation,
- Implementing teacher training and refresher programmes,
- Monitoring the functioning of the institute’s scientific council and maintaining its archives.
He is assisted by:
- The Head of the Postgraduate Education Monitoring Department,
- The Head of the Research Activities Monitoring Department,
- The Head of the Cooperation and External Relations Department
