General Secretariat

The Secretary General (Administration and Finance Sub-Directorate) of the Institute is responsible for:

  • Developing the Institute's human resources management plan and ensuring its implementation;
  • Managing the careers of the Institute's staff;
  • Managing and maintaining the Institute's archives and documentation;
  • Promoting scientific, cultural and sporting activities for students, in conjunction with the relevant departments of the rectorate;
  • Managing the Institute's movable and immovable assets and ensuring their upkeep and maintenance;
  • Ensuring the implementation of the Institute's internal security plan;

The Administration and Finance Sub-Directorate, to which the internal security office is attached, comprises the following departments:

  • The Personnel Department;
  • The Budget and Accounting Department;
  • The Scientific, Cultural and Sports Activities Department;
  • The Resources and Maintenance Department.
