As part of this call for applications, each candidate is required, in accordance with the conditions set out in the attached document, to contact the relevant Chinese universities and provide a letter or certificate of pre-admission (Pre-admission letter).

As part of the establishment of the Institute's governing bodies, in particular the Scientific Council, and in accordance with Executive Decree No. 03/279 of 23 August 2003, which defines the university's missions and the rules governing its organisation and operation,
Professors wishing to stand as candidates for the presidency of the Council are requested to contact the Institute's management to obtain the application form:
(04) representatives elected from among tenured professors (professors, senior lecturers in category A), two professors (02) from each department.
(02) representatives elected from among the Institute's assistant professors.
Applications for the above categories are open from 11 to 19 November 2025. Please note that the elections will take place on Monday 24 November 2025.
