The Institute of Materials Science and Technology wishes to inform all graduating students and those admitted for the 2025–2026 academic year that the application process for the award of a degree is now open, in accordance with the timetable and documents set out below.
🟦 Bachelor’s students (Polymer Engineering)
📅 Application period:
From 21 June 2026 to 30 June 2026
✅ Who is eligible: successful students only.
📋 Required documents:
- Student card.
- Birth certificate.
- Copy of your A-level transcript.
- Internal discharge form (to be collected from the department’s academic office).
- External validation online via the PROGRES platform.
- Degree application forms (to be downloaded online):

The degree application form must be completed via the university and institute websites and attached to the application when it is submitted.
🟩 Master’s students
📅 Application period:
From 21 June 2026 to 1 July 2026
✅ Who is eligible: admitted students who have successfully defended their dissertation.
📋 Required documents:
- Student card.
- Birth certificate.
- Internal discharge form (available from the department’s academic office).
- Copy of your A-level transcript.
A copy of your bachelor’s degree certificate. - Thesis correction form (available from the department’s academic office).
- External validation online via the PROGRES platform.
- Degree application forms (to be downloaded):
