Application for a degree (Bachelor’s or Master’s)

The Institute of Materials Science and Technology wishes to inform all graduating students and those admitted for the 2025–2026 academic year that the application process for the award of a degree is now open, in accordance with the timetable and documents set out below.

🟦 Bachelor’s students (Polymer Engineering)

📅 Application period:
From 21 June 2026 to 30 June 2026

✅ Who is eligible: successful students only.
📋 Required documents:

  • Student card.
  • Birth certificate.
  • Copy of your A-level transcript.
  • Internal discharge form (to be collected from the department’s academic office).
  • External validation online via the PROGRES platform.
  • Degree application forms (to be downloaded online):

⚠️ Important note:
The degree application form must be completed via the university and institute websites and attached to the application when it is submitted.

🟩 Master’s students

📅 Application period:
From 21 June 2026 to 1 July 2026

✅ Who is eligible: admitted students who have successfully defended their dissertation.
📋 Required documents:

  • Student card.
  • Birth certificate.
  • Internal discharge form (available from the department’s academic office).
  • Copy of your A-level transcript.
    A copy of your bachelor’s degree certificate.
  • Thesis correction form (available from the department’s academic office).
  • External validation online via the PROGRES platform.
  • Degree application forms (to be downloaded):
